Refund Policy


If you are unhappy with our meals we will refund you 100% of your order. If you have any issues with meals being uncooked or going bad before the expiration date are up we will comp you 1 free meal per item that is bad or refund you that meal item.

To be eligible for a refund, you must let us know as soon as possible and send us a picture of that meal item so we can help address the issue further more. Send us a email at with any issues.

Once your refund has been submitted. It will take up to 3 to 5 business days to refund your order. We will send you an email to notify you that we have refunded your order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at We will then exchange any item out that following week of the next ordering cycle as we only cook to order.
