Fitstyle Foods was started by Jessica McLeod meal prepping for a few friends who didn’t realize that their fast-paced lives and preference for convenience had begun to take a toll. She used her skills and connections to fitness and culinary experts to create Fitstyle Foods. By making healthy foods convenient, affordable and to reach certain goals if it was to lose, gain, or maintain weight. Fitstyle Foods aims to help everybody create the lifestyle they want.

All ingredients are picked from the best growers. Proteins are the best quality, so taste is perfected. The meals are prepared weekly as the menu changes. We always keep our most popular items on and rotate others out while always creating new items. We strive to meet your satisfaction for great tasting healthy food while making it convenient with several pickup locations all around Kansas and Missouri and at the same time keeping it affordable.

We feel that letting you pick the meals you like over us picking them for you. As well as providing the macro nutrition lets you control your food intake and allows you to enjoy every meal we offer. It is easy as just going to our site, picking your meals, select a pickup location and going to your cart and paying.
