Microwave Instructions
Meals are to be refrigerated and stored at a proper temperature of 40 degrees. Meals will be good until Friday evening. Any fish items or any meals with salad. Make sure you eat within the first few days.
Step 1 – Make sure there are no ramekins inside the meals. If there are take out before you microwave.
Step 2 – Lift corner of lid to vent while microwaving.
Step 3 – Place in microwave for 1 min and 30 seconds.
***Please note – if there is any white potato mash in the meal, it may take longer to heat.
